职位描述：
1.analyze the construction of the fabric.
分析面料的组织规格。
2.design the fabrics in order to meet customers' requirement
设计出符合客户需求的面料
3.select good mill suppliers to produce the sample fabric and assure the quality.
寻找和合适的工厂以生产出样品面料并确保其质量。
4.coordinate with the mills and solve the problems in the process of fabric contexture and deying.
同工厂沟通并解决坯布在染色加工过程中产生的问题。


Job requirement
任职要求

1.Be major in textile engineering in school
纺织专业毕业。
2.Above 3 years of experience in woven fabric.
3年以上梭织面料生产经验。
3.excellent English skills in speech and writing.
具备良好的英文书面及口语表达能力
4.Know the process of woven fabrics, be good at analyzing and giving construction on loom independently to arrange produciton, better have working experience in weaving mill.
熟悉梭织面料生产过程，善于分析面料的组织规格并能够独立下达生产要求及指示。
5.Be familiar with knit fabric also.
对针织面料也有所了解。
6.Be responsible, anticipate problems, problem solver.
有责任心，善于发现问题并解决问题。
