职位描述：
TITLE: Mechatronic Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Provide technical customer interface for application of BLDC epump systems
? Support customer meetings to refine requirements for software communication (CAN, LIN , PWM)
? Support calibration activities of customer and answer questions
? Execute tests and calibrate SW for multiple applications
? Create bench verification criteria & procedures supporting control strategy required for application
? Validate concepts through system simulations, static bench testing, SIL and HIL bench
? Perform verification & validation on specific applications
? Work with internal global organization to support development of epump (system design, hardware and software)
? Refine solutions with global engineering resources and expertise
? Design software FMEA for project and work with customer to clarify requirements
? Anticipate epump component behavior in different conditions w/computer modeling SW
? Analyze & report technical data into reports & presentations & answering queries about results, & calibrating


QUALIFICATIONS:

? Minimum undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, SW Engineering
? 4-6 years of professional experience w/ SW testing & analysis of SW systems for mechatronic controls.
? Excellent practical experience of electronic control system applications
? Extensive experience in control systems such as motor control
? Strong knowledge of analog and digital control systems, microprocessors, control system and instrumentation, machine design.
? Extensive knowledge and experience with electromechanical systems
? Experience with BLDC Microprocessors based motor control system (Infineon, NXP etc.)
? Experience with Altium motor controller HW design and circuit analysis
? CAN , LIN, PMW, CCP, LCP automotive communication protocols
? Solid experience using electrical measurement instruments
? Familiar with Vector tool for CAN and LIN (include LDF)
? Solid experience of using Labview , C++ language
? Familiar with mechatronics system and motor testing and setup
? Familiar with ASIL and Autosar requirement. Understand ISO26262 safety standard
? Experience in electromagnetics, hydraulics, solenoid valves and System modeling
? Excellent knowledge of physics, digital and analog systems design, manufacturing processes, and circuit analysis.
? Knowledge and experience in coordinating new product development
? Understanding of automotive ISO/TS 16949 operating systems 举报 分享
