职位描述：
岗位职责
1、建立和完善成本核算和控制体系；
2、制订成本管理规范、制度和业务流程；
3、负责成本策划，确定成本总控指标；
4、分解成本控制指标，提出控制要点；
5、负责成本预算、分析、控制运行系统的审核与监督；
6、通过设置成本台帐，即时反映各成本目标执行情况；
7、编制成本管理动态评估报告，提供相关财务管理信息及建议；
8、协助建立成本信息系统，健全成本控制财务档案。
9、协助成本会计进行资产盘点工作。

岗位要求
1、8年以上成本控制与管理工作经验；
2、较全面的财会专业理论和一定的现代企业管理知识；
3、熟悉财务相关法律法规、投资、企业财务制度和流程；
4、精通采购、预算、合约，熟悉动态成本管理体系；
5、人品正直，责任心强，具有较强的领导和计划能力，表达、沟通和协调的能力。
