职位描述：
Fundamental Purpose 基本描述
The function of the Scheduler Assistant is established to assist and support the Master Scheduler in administering the supply chain. The SA shall have a key role of following instructions and collecting basic data to fulfill the final customer requirements.
协助主计划员执行供应链各项职责，通过严格遵守指令以及搜集基础数据来满足客户的最终需求。
Main Responsibilities主要职责
1. Involved in maintaining Oracle Bills of Materials , routings , etc , for new , existing and changed items.
协助维护系统中现有的.新建的或需改变的物料的BOM表和路径等参数。

2. Involved in month end and year end materials activities, including Annual Physical inventory and quarterly SOX audit.
参与月度和年度的各项物料工作，包括年终盘点和季度SOX审核。


3. Involved in scheduling Material planning accord to the production plan
根据生产计划需求制定相应的物料计划。
4. Involved in maintenance and set-up of external pull system to suppliers
协助建立和维护给供应商的电子订单系统。

5. Involved in Oracle system upgrade and testing
参与Oracle系统的升级和测试

6. Involved in system trouble shooting including pending transactions, receiving / shipping issues, etc.
协助解决各种系统问题的解决，包括滞留的处理，收货/发货的问题，等等。

7. Involved in supplier daily communication, follow up & solve supplier issues
参与供应商的日常沟通，并持续跟进并解决相关供应商问题

8. Compiling and maintain all the documents and files relating to the Material planning.
负责整理和维护与物料相关的文档。

9. Monitor excess and obsolete materials, and provide the report to reduce the E&O stock.
管理相关过期及报废物料并及时提供报告即便尽快降低E&O库存。
10. Provide the earlier warning for each Potential material shortage risk to supervisor.
尽早将每个潜在的物料短缺风险汇报给主管。
11. Perform other duties and assignment that may be required by Master Scheduler.
完成主计划员交办的其它工作。
