Senior Industrial Engineer (Sr.IE Engineer)
Job Description:
Responsible for IE baseline setup, drive standardization through IE study and validation.
Manage IE database through labor time, machine time, material consumption study.
Responsible for IE Tool & reporting including iTFM/TFM and etc.
Lead the target cost planning and target setting (OEE elements, RPT analysis, PE & ME)
Lead or support productivity projects of capital efficiency, material efficiency & personnel Efficiency.
Responsible for layout, line logistics & workplace design and optimization.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree majored in engineering, preferably in industrial engineering.
Minimum 4- 5 years related IE or ME experience, preferably semiconductor industry.
Familar with MS Office software, AutoaCAD, SAP and other programming.
Ability to communicate and write in both Chinese & English.
Strong IE knowledge and project management experience.
Able to demonstrate application of IE and Lean tools in work, including hands-on UPH study.
Good at managing conflict with constructive confrontation.
Good problem solving skill and ability to provide idea / alternative.
