Job Description:
1. Manage on-going sales business operation, GWM 6DCT451
-Monitor PO proceeding and goods delivery
-Follow up advance payment and goods payment
-Manage communication to customer about variance between customer monthly demand and plant supply plan
-Proceed warranty claim according to warranty contract
-Proceed service parts ordering and delivery
2. DCT/MT business development
- Follow up company strategy and carry out DCT/MT business
- Close contact with platform team and sales team in JVs to execute business development plan, screen and sorting customers, penetrate at different customers with differnte measures;
-Close contact with key account, be familiar with decision procedure in the key account
-Contract negotiation, e.g. contract structure, main principle; ensure ROS and EBIT set by management
-Collect market intelligence info
-Identify synergy between MPT customer resource and GETRAG resource
3. 3. Follow up project execution
- Steering project execution
4. Lead people
- Instruct and monitor the sales engineers' activities on sales operation
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. At least 5-year experience in sales operation, managing goods delivery, following up payment and business development or project management;
3.Be proactive, sense of customer, market and project;
4. Deliverables under pressure
4. Good interpersonal and communication skill, self-motivated.
5.Frequent travel
6. Fluent English
7. Be skilled at PC operation
