1、负责办公用品的采购、整理、发放工作
2、管理公司员工用餐事务
3、公司领导票务管理、签证办理
4、做好酒店预订工作
5、公司车辆，设备管理工作
6、图书订购借阅管理工作
7、与政府部门保持联系，处理政府事务
8、协助部门领导组织企业文化建设、安排员工活动
9、负责公司工厂行政规章制度的建立和完善
10、完成公司领导安排的其他工作
岗位要求：
1.行政管理、文秘等相关专业本科以上学历
2.三年以上行政相关工作经验
3.工作严谨、细致、条理清楚、积极主动
4.较强的语言表达能力、组织协调能力、计划与执行能力
