Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The central job duties and responsibilities include:
?Identify new sales, product, and marketing opportunities that fit the operational capabilities of PEI-Genesis within the industrial market and adjacent market segments.

?Support the regional sales teams to create sound strategic sales plans by sales person to meet our commitments in this market, specifically focused on connectors & cable assemblies.

?Drive the sales of these new products through the PEI-Genesis organization by developing training & promotional materials and conducting training classes for PEI personnel and customers as necessary.

?Create and own a marketing communications plan to support marketing activities within this vertical including advertising, events, co-op plans, etc.

?Write technical articles for industry publications, drive web content, and participate in other useful and effective promotional activities.

?Serve as the main point of contact for all Industrial market leads and drive the sales process through post-sale transition to the regional sales offices.

?Identify new product opportunities not currently in the PEI portfolio. Actively support the NPI process and working with close cooperation with the Product team drive through the sales organization to achieve the sales goals.
?Achieve budgeted goals for sales, gross profit and gross profit percentage for the Industrial market and adjacent market segments.
Desired Skills and Characteristics
? BSc Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline
? Strong communication and management skills at all levels
? Excellent industry contacts and preferably a good reputation with suppliers / partners
? Ability to quickly assess and qualify potential opportunities and risks
? Ability to develop and carry-out effective marketing and sales programs
