职位描述：
Responsibilities ( Listed in order of importance)：
? Costing and inventory control
o Maintain and analyze standard cost.
o Review and analysis Purchase Price Variance, productivity and absorption monthly, and follow up each action plan.
o Analyze the MFG cost analysis and the reason behind
o Ensure effective inventory control system in place, periodically review and make improvements
o Manage stock cycle counting and revaluation, follow up on gaps and take corrective actions if needed.
o Review GRIR account, any unusual item should be investigated and corrected immediately.
? Capex control and follow up
o Participate in project team for investment proposal preparation
o Main projects should be reviewed and tracked.
o Customized equipment management and control.
? Quotation control
o Develop quotation process and procedure
o Support project team on cost simulation for new project
? Provide sales report and analysis
o Provide Sales analysis report and compare to prior year, budget
o Prepare rolling sales forecast
? Credit and Pricing control
o Rebate and Price discount review and control
o Credit term/limit analysis
o Pricing control and ensure all the price change has proper approval
o Transfer price control
? Profitability analysis and report
? Contract Review
? Reporting and Analysis
o Finance analysis required by segment
o Prepare budget, rolling forecast.
