DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
Direct and coordinate stamping, heat treat, welding, die casting, tubing, machining and bar assembly production within company’s philosophy, strategic plan and policies & procedures.
Maintain safe and clean workshops.
Work with GM and HRM to staff the manufacturing operations with the required supervisors, professionals and direct labor workforce.
Establish and direct all the related manufacturing policies and procedures.
Responsible for development and attainment of production goals.
Lead and implement lean manufacture in the related workshops;
Lead and implement 6S in the related workshops;
Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, planning, shipping, QC, equipment maintenance and other production group.
Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Conduct employee performance reviews.
Responsible for on time delivery of quality products.
Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings.
Anticipate and satisfy any and all government requirements for the related operations.
Regularly review production costs and product quality. Propose modifications in production and WIP control to maintain and enhance profitable operation of the responsible area.
Develop annual operating budgets for the responsible manufacturing group.
Promote organization by collaborating with government, employees; enforcing ethical business practices and fair treatment of all employees, customers and vendors
