Westbart is engaged in the development and production of the world's leading automotive electronic controller unit (ECU). Embedded hardware engineers are core positions of Westbart, who are responsible for the following tasks:
- automotive customer requirement analysis and conception of technical solution
- development of microcontroller interfacing circuit and its debugging
- measurement circuit design considering EMC factors and its debugging
- hardware system testing and its integration in motor vehicle
- engineering documentation
- technical support for serial production and sales

- complete the arrangement of the leader on time with high quality
嵌入式硬件研发工程师是威斯巴特科技核心工作岗位，主要承担下列任务：
- 汽车客户需求分析和定义
- Microcontroller接口电路设计和调试
- 考虑电磁干扰因素的测量电路设计和PCB纠错
- 硬件系统测试和整车集成
- 生成工程记录文本
- 为批量生产和销售提供技术支持

- 按时、优质地完成领导安排的工作

Applicants should fulfill the most part of the following qualifications (special consideration for individual outstanding persons):
- Bachelor degree or above with the majors in electronics, measuring instruments and experimental physic
- more than two years working experience in embedded system development (graduates are also welcomed)
- experienced in analog and digital circuits design
- experienced in EDA-Tools such as Altium Designer or others
- automotive industry experience with a plus in CAN/LIN bus communication
- fan for electronic DIY and dreams of becoming top technical expert
- good foreign language skills (plus in CET-6)
- team player with high collaboration spirit
申请人须具备以下资质中的大部分（单项素质优异者可特殊考虑）：
- 电子工程，仪器仪表或实验物理专业大学本科及以上学历
- 具有嵌入式系统研发两年以上工作经验（也欢迎优秀应届毕业生）
- 熟悉模拟电路和数字电路
- 熟悉电路制图工具例如Altium Designer 或类似软件
- 具有汽车行业经验特别是熟悉CAN/LIN总线通讯者优先考虑
- 热爱电子制作，有意愿成为顶尖技术专家
- 具备一定的外语能力（CET-6优先）
- 具备互帮互助的协作精神
