职位描述：
Job Objective:
Participate in new supplier assessment and perform supplier audit plan accordingly, improve and stabilize the quality performance of supplier delivery, ensure the improvement actions from supplier are effectively implemented.

 Job Responsibility：
1) Participate in new supplier audit and evaluation;
2) Make and Implement Yearly audit plan;
3) Set up and Implement supplier performance evaluation system together with sourcing team;
4) Make and implement improvement plan for problem products;
5) Track and verify the non-conforming findings and follow up their closure status;
6) Support on project localization and parts approval;
7) Monitor supplier quality related KPI;
8) Control and improve the delivery quality of supplier and supervise supplier to implement related measures for stabilizing of process and production quality;
9) Handle the complaint from customer (including internal customer) regarding to the parts quality in time

Required:
1. College degree or above, majored in mechanical or electrical is preferred.
2 Familiar with manufacturing process of mechanical and electrical parts. Have at least 3 years’ experience in deal with supplier’s quality management.
3 Good communication skills both in English and Chinese, good command of PC;
4 Be familiar with supplier development process, supplier audit process and basic quality tools as 8D, cause-effect diagram, 5 Why, PC, FEMA, MSA, etc.
5 Honest, open and with high team-spirit and very orderly personality;
6 Age is around 24-40.
7 Good health status and can adapt to frequent business travel and keep in a proactive working attitude. 举报 分享
