Job description:
1. Collect market trend information from sales, market and technical site, Draw up new development project could fulfil the market requirement and company strategy.
2. Capability to comprehend of the current product performance, and can carry on the related improvement to upgrade current product;
3. According to customer requirements, research on new type of adhesive, flux, or solder paste and so on;
4. Able to independently developed formula, and evaluate new formula capability and performance.
5. Ensure new product launches at and production and get customer order；
6. Finish all project documentation is completed properly and in full and available for any internal or external quality audits.
7. To help improve production technology, improve product performance;
8. To evaluate and test new materials.

Job requirements:
1. Master degree or above, major in chemical, material science;
2. Have at least 2 years relevant working experience;
3. Have at least 2 years R&D working experience in adhesive, flux, solder paste, or the microelectronics welding field.
4. Familiar with electronic material and process principle, has formula knowledge, it is better to has R&D project management ability;
5. Has innovation consciousness, work rigorous, careful, hard spirit, as well as the good team cooperation spirit;
6. Strong Labs hands-on ability, and can adjust and correct the deviation in the process of test timely.
7. Excellent English for oral, read and write.
8. Strong operate the office software and presentation skilled.
9. Proactive, self-motivated.

岗位要求：
1.具有化工或者材料专业研究生以上学历；
2.具有2年以上相关工作经验；
3.在胶黏剂，助焊剂，或者焊膏，微电子焊接领域有2年以上的研发经验；
4.通晓电子材料工艺原理，配方知识、最好具备项目管理经验；
5.具有创新意识、工作严谨、认真仔细、有刻苦钻研精神，以及良好的团队合作精神；
6.较强的动手实验能力，能够及时调整、纠正试验过程中的偏差；
7.具备优秀的英文听说读写能力
8.能熟练操作办公软件和演讲报告能力；
