职位描述：
1. Job Summary:
Responsible for initiating, evaluating and implementing solutions to Assy DB Process/problems, product design changes and program upgrade.
Coordinates introduction of new and redesigned products mainly in DB area; coordinates special projects and performs feasibility studies to improve quality, performance and cost effectiveness of products.
Assists in the transfer of Silicon Microphone processes to subcontract manufacturers from R&D center.
Occasional overseas travel is required.
Coaching Assistant Engineer achieve working Goal.
 
2. Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Analyzes Silicon Microphone problems, product rejects and leads the implementation of the solutions to product problems; publishing engineering and reject analysis reports, mainly working in DB Area.
2. Maintains engineering specifications, Bill of materials, routings, operational standards at DB process.
3. Initiates and implements cost reduction ideas, product changes and redesigned products; issues appropriate specifications and coordinates special feasibility projects.
4. Assists Marketing and Quality Assurance in solving customer complaints regarding product problems.
5. Assists in the design, prototyping, and qualification of new test and production systems.
6. Assists in transferring of Silicon Microphone processes to our subcontract manufacturers.
7. Occasional travel is required to our subcontract manufacturers both locally and overseas.
 
3. Job Specifications
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent.
2. Five years minimum experience in DB Process Engineering in Semi-con Assembly House.
3. Requires a self-motivated individual that has the ability to manage complex projects and processes.
4. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to establish processes and process controls using statistical methods.
5. Personal computer skills are required, and knowledge of associated applications such as word processors, spreadsheets, databases and project planning software is necessary.
6. Proficient/Fluent in English, Mandarin languages required (CET6).
