职位描述：
1.负责供应商（冲压、铸造、加工等金属件）开发过程中的质量评审；
2.负责向供应商传达客户的质量要求；
3.培养、指导及提高供应商的质量水平；
4.负责向供应商反馈质量信息；
5.负责向公司反馈供应商的建议；
6.与供应商紧密合作，迅速解决质量问题；
7.协调不合格品的遏制、返工及报废处理；
8.汇总、跟踪所有供应商质量问题；
9.确认、跟踪供应商承诺的整改措施；
10.负责供应商日常质量资料的评审、追踪和归档整理；
11.确认并签署供应商PPAP文件；
12.定期对供应商进行服务表现的评审；
13.在充分了解供应商的生产流程和关键控制点基础上，帮助供应商在生产过程和质量控制等方面找出潜在的问题，避免出现任何质量事故。
岗位要求：
1.对材料、装配、冲压、铸造、焊接有较丰富的实际经验；
2.熟悉供应商质量管理的流程及方法；
3.了解ISO9001等质量体系；
