MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
1. University degree above holder in Finance, accounting, economic or related field.
2. Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA/CPA) preferred
3. 2 ~ 3 years leading team activities in a financial environment
4. 3 ~ 5 years successful working experience in foreign managed multinational or manufacturing finance & accounting environment in Application.
Special Knowledge
1. Good knowledge in China and US accounting practices, as well as China taxation practices;
2. Experience working with financial and fully integrated systems, and Hyperion Enterprise.
3. Technically strong on SAP
Skill
1. Fluent in English both in speaking & written
2. Leader behaviors included in focus on performance, inclusive environment , manage change and develop people
3. Capability of multi-tasking and prioritization projects/tasks.
4. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Service oriented to multiple business partners and peer groups, and committed to meeting deadlines for Executive reviews.

Direct accounting with policies, procedures and systems necessary for proper accounting practices, controls and services. Coordinate with other function directors in planning and implementing financial and regulatory policies
Manage monthly financial closings (PEC) along with SHA commercial finance and GCR NiM finance, together with site financial planning & forecasting section; monitor and review all balances sheet accounts on a monthly basis, and streamline communication with FSSC
Organize plant fixed asset quarterly meeting and monthly account review, Capital project expenditure tracking. And close work with Project team to ensure project budget control and change order control. Other asset management and ensure the safeguarding of plant non-stock goods etc.
Taxation facility in operation. And Liaise with relevant Government Authority and or business partner for financing and accounting arrangement;
Complete all periodic financial reports to management on time and accurately, and report PRC monthly finance B/S and P&L to vary government and business partner, like bank, insurance and tax bureau Roll out PRC report based on NAS and IFRS. Ensure reconcile of both PRC and CACT finance statement.
Assures adequate accounting controls are in all related processes, Control internal audits and assist external independent auditors with annual audit.
Lead and motivating the accounting team, including training, developing them, involved in planning for the day to day work of the tea

根据相关政策，步骤和系统要求，领导财务团队的运作，控制和服务。与其它部门协调计划，并实施财务和政策要求。
同公司商业财务和集团财务，以及工厂财务计划和预算部门一同管理每月关帐, 每月审核所有的资产负债表数据以及与财务中心的协调
为了保证公司财务核算体系的规范和完整，保证公司资产得到全面核算和帐务记录，对滞产投资和固定滞产进行有效管理，保护公司财产的完整和安全。

为了及时准确按国家法规完成纳税申报，准备的各项税目和税种申报数据及支持材料，保证纳税申报与公司会计数据的一致调和。同相关政府部门或商业伙伴保持财会方面的联络。

解释运营结果并及时汇报给管理层, 完成所有的阶段性财务报表并及时准确地汇报给管理层。保证政府要求经济及财务数据上报，准备和完成数据提供和报表制作。保证报表体系的完整有效。
保证在相关程序中的合适的会计控制, 控制内审并协助每年外部审计
领导并鼓舞财务团队, 包括培训, 发展, 参与协调团队的每日工作。
