职位描述
Responsibilities:
1) Responsible in identifying new sales opportunities and grow the existing accounts that assigned to your account profolio. Work with Business Unit to strategize to strive for 15% of growth as a whole annually
2) Work closely with Global Strategic Customer Managers, and act as Global Sales Team member in serving global account assigned to your portfolio
3) Develops a business plan and sales strategy together with Business Unit, to accomplish the sales target stated on the AOP
4) Ensuring consistent provision of excellent customer service and build rapport. You will be the reference point to your customers, who needs assistance and opinions from you.
5) Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
6) Provides timely feedback to top management regarding performance of each account
7) Provides timely, accurate, reasonable pricing on all RFQ and striving to maximize profit margin
8) Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
9) Any other specific task / assignment / project which is not stated above, as and when required and requested by General Manager
Requirements:
1.BS Degree or college science degree
2.At least 5 years Sales experience in telecommunication industrial especially in cable assembly and connector assembly.
3.Familiar with cable assembly and connector assembly products,electronics components and system
4.Good command of English and computer skills
5.Aggressive; Committed to Job;Fast in Responsive;Result Orientated; Good teamplayer
