GENERAL SUMMARY
Be responsible for cashier, treasury related and internal/external AP transactions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
1) Initial bank payments via online banking or manual requests;
2) Daily cash reports preparation and delivery;
3) Coordinate with internal organizations and external banks, SAFE, etc. on treasury matters such as FX declaration, bank draft management, LC issuance;
4) Be responsible for employee cash & Corp card claim verification, book keeping and arrange payment per schedule;
5) Maintain payable account reconciliation, follow up disputed and long-aging items;
6) Vouchers and financial documents filing;
7) Participate in continuous process improvement.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE：
Required:
1) University degree in Finance or equivalent
2) 1 year above accounting working experience, prefer in MNC.
SKILLS:
1) Good knowledge in MS Office and SAP operation.
2) Demonstrates strong organizational skills, including follow up on needed actions.
3) Demonstrates strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
4) Good in English writing and speaking
ABILITIES:
1) Quick learning in dynamic environment.
2) Self-motivated and detail oriented
3) Good teamwork spirit and keep cooperative both internally and externally
