职位描述：

Overall objective of the Position：

Conduct and keep a good market intelligence for the company in RE and Senior Housing Industry. Assist in Business Development and operation translation.

Main Responsibilities：

· Conduct market research in the Real Estate and Senior Housing Industry by monitoring market developments and collecting market intelligence

· Conduct period market report in Senior Housing to investors

· Conduct project feasibility report

· Assist BD Director in coordinate projects with partners, consulting firms and local government if necessary

· Assist in translation when it is needed

· Other jobs related to the project

Qualifications and Experience：

· Friendly team player with can-do attitude

· Responsible and strong executing ability

· 1-2 year real estate market research experience

· Experienced in investment

· Strong market research skills

· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

· Moderate skills in real estate investment financing

· Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently

· Ability to understand and communicate in both English and Chinese, both verbally and written.

· Ability to travel around China

· Real estate consulting experience preferred

· Senior housing experience preferred
