Overview:
Coordinate quality complaints from local customers WITH THE OBJECTIVE of continuously enhance customer's experiences and satisfaction on quality issues resolve WITHIN TE's specification, agreement with customers, automotive industrial standard and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Handling complaints from responsible customers: to handle specific complaints from responsible customers to enhance customer experiences and satisfaction
- Process/Procedure optimization: identify, initiate and optimize internal process/procedure in order to improve working efficiency
- Miscellaneous: topics with quality organization, cross function/region project, tasks from management...
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics or relevant
- More than 3 years of working experience, Automotive experience is must
- Solid knowledge on Automotive standards and regulations.
- Proficient in written and oral English
- Good communication skill, integrity, accountability, logical, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skill
