1.监督客房部各项标准和工作程序的执行 ：臥室服务，卫生间服务，洗衣服务，清洁服务，布巾维护。
2.检查所有的房间，如住人房，预退房和空房等和公共区域。
3.检查和汇报工程问题并负责跟踪确保完好。
4.根据公司的政策和制度，负责布草，客用品和机器的盘点。
5.处理客人所有的特殊要求。

1.至少三年客房服务员经验，一年客房领班经验
2.有服务式公寓工作经历优先考虑
