职位描述：
Main Responsibility主要职责：
？ Test and monitor the Microbe of the raw materials, semi-products, finished products, production environment and system based on the monitoring plans, and distribute the results efficiently and timely, what is more, preliminarily analyse and evaluate results when it is necessary.
依据微生物监测计划对原辅料，半成品，成品，生产环境和系统进行微生物检测和监测，提供及时有效的数据，必要时对结果进行初步分析和评估。
？ Have the capability to carry out and implement the root cause analysis and investigation when abnormal or unqualified cases happen, and report it to the supervisor in time.
出现异常或不合格情况时，可以开展和实施根本原因调查和分析，并及时向上级反馈。
？ Responsible for the maintenance of the instruments, the sanitation of the Lab and the inventory& purchase plan of the lab medicament, to comply with the requirements of GLP.
负责实验室仪器的维护、辖区的安全卫生以及实验药剂的盘点及采购计划制定，使之符合GLP的要求。
？ Conduct relevant validation work, like verifying the instruments and the facilities for the Microbe checking and verifying the method for the Microbe testing.
执行相关验证工作，如：微生物检测相关仪器、设备验证方案执行，微生物检测分析方法验证方案执行。
？ Assist Lab Supervisor in file management work, including attending to make SOPs of test methods, SOPs of lab instruments and the templates of the records; make sure the files kept well updated in time.
辅助实验室主管进行文件管理工作，包括：参与制定微生物检验标准操作规程、仪器设备标准操作规程以及相关记录格式；并做好文件保存及更新。
？ Assist Lab Supervisor to conduct training to personnel involved in Microbe risk control.
协助实验室主管完成相关人员的微生物风险控制培训。

Knowledge/Experience/Skill Required 知识/经验/技术要求:

？ College degree or above, major in microbiology or related微生物相关专业专科以上学历
？ At least 2 year work experience of Microbe test and CET-4 (English)
        至少有2年微生物检测经验, CET-4 (英语)
？ Analytical thinking.分析思维
？ Excellent attention to detail. 关注细节
？ Be able to work alone and inside a team. 具备独立完成工作能力
？ Have the ability to meet deadlines. 效率高，不拖沓
？ Be able to concentrate for long periods of time 可长时间集中注意力完成任务
