In consultation with the PM Plant Manager:
1. Set up, maintain, train and supervise all test methods for raw materials, in-process samples, final goods and waste for the PM plant.
2. Take part and if necessary organize round robin tests to ensure the comparability of test results.
3. Install, maintain and monitor test methods for continuous supervision of the production
4. Train, supervise and develop lab technicians and plant operators while working in the lab to ensure reliable results and economic and safe use of material and equipment.
5. Organize the appropriate documentation of the lab-results in the required data-bases (e.g. QIS) and according the QM-requirements
6. Responsible for compilation and issuing of Certificates of Analysis
7. QC-responsible for the PM plant.
8. Responsible for implementation and supervision of EHSQ-standards in the lab (e.g. work safety, legal requirements)
9. Setup and monitor the lab budget, ensure economic use of equipment and chemicals and balanced spare parts handling.
10. Trouble shooting in case of nonconformities regarding test methods or production problems. Develop new and/or adjust existing test methods.
11. Follow the company regulations regarding IP-protection and code of conduct etc.

3-5 years of experience in Chemical Processing, in a Quality Control or Lab Supervisor role.
2.Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Engineering, Chemical Technology or Operations
3.Very competent oral and written English communication skills.
