Major Accountabilities
1. Co-ordinate relative depts in Zhongshan site to support BD dept and Global product allocation/TS to implement technical assessment for new products
协调中山工厂各部门，支持业务发展部及全球产品转移部完成新产品的前期的技术评估

2. Work together with BD dept,Register Dept and Global product allocation to work out detailed project schedule and deliver committe for relative works belong to his/her dept as per the aligned schedule
与公司业务发展部，注册部及全球产品转移部/转移方共同制定出详细的项目计划表，并确保属于本部门的工作严格按照制定的计划表的进度予以进行

3. Assist TechOps Head to monitor other depts’ work related with new product transfer,provide necessary co-ordination and support to them.Whenever any support required from management,he/she should report to TechOps Head and BD manager in time
协助生产技术总监监督其他部门涉及新产品转移的工作的进展，并提供必要的协助与支持给相关部门。对于需要管理层支持的，应及时知会生产技术总监及业务发展经理

4．Dispatch the dossier package received from TS to relative depts and collect questionaires from relative depts after reveiw, report to TechOps head and BD manager in time.
负责分发由转移方交付的技术包给相关部门，并收集相关部门阅读后所提出的问题，及时汇报给生产技术总监及业务发展经理

5．Take charge of the following works during the project:
在项目进行中具体负责以下的工作
5.1. Analysis method research
分析方法研究
5.2 Formulation and manufacturing process repeating(including laboratory trial and pilot trial)
处方及生产过程的重现(包括小试与中试放大)
5.3 Stability research and register sample preparing
组织进行稳定性研究及申报样品的生产
5.4 Guide production/engineering to modify the facilities/equipments in order to get ready for register sample preparing and future commerical manufacturing
指导生产部/工程设备部对生产设施/设备进行改造，以做好申报样品的生产及未来商业批生产的准备工作
5.5 Guide production dept to implement 3 batches’ validation together with quality dept
指导生产部与质量部完成三批验证批的验证工作
6．Prepare the whole register dossiers package with the help from register dept
在公司注册部的帮助下，负责准备全套的注册所需要的技术资料
7．Guarantee the whole product transfer procedures fully complied with Global GOP and local regulations
确保整个产品转移过程完全符合集团的相关规定及当地的法律法规
8．Assist TechOps Head to prepare the budget for new product transfer as per the shedule
协助生产技术总监按照新产品转移的进度制定年度预算

Background
Education教育 : Achieved education level of college or above of pharmaceutical or medical professional.
必须药学或相关专业本科以上的学历
Experience经验: 1) Be familiar with GLP/GMP, be suitably trained and has more than 10 years work experience in pharmaceutical industry and more than 3 years practice in new drug developement/product transfer,one year more as a department’s manager
精通GLP/GMP条款，经过培训且有十年以上药厂工作经历且不少于3年的新药研发/产品转移方面的经验。一年以上的部门管理经验。
2) Be familiar local register flowing chart and dossiers preparing, requirements for the dossier and operating procedure of the facilities need for new drug development and transfer. and also plenty of knowledge of theory and experiences of practical operating and organizational management, could justice and handle problems correctly during new drug development and transfer.
熟悉国内新药注册流程及对申报资料的要求，熟悉药物制剂技术和制剂辅料性质，熟悉制剂设备的操作，掌握药品检验知识，具有较强的理论知识和组织管理经验，有能力对新药开发和新药转移过程中的实际问题做出正确的判断和处理。
3) Experience for being a project manager
具有担任项目管理的经验
4) It would be prefered if he/she has the experience to work for product transfer in a multi-national pharmaceutical company
Languages语言: Can read professional English file fluently. Fluent Oral and Written English.
