职位描述：
Job Description:

1) Process quotation for all products of Knowles capacitors for all the customers in Asia Pacific area
2) Process sample request(include fast sample delivery process) for all products of Knowles capacitors for all the customers in Asia Pacific area
3) Follow up feedback of all quotations/sample requests.
4) Send weekly report of quotation/sample request to product managers and regional sales managers
5) Coordinate with product managers and regional sales managers to meet customer requirements on price/sample
6) Coordinate with engineering team to respond customer’s technical questions related to RFQ and samples
7) Coordinate with QA team to address quality issues from customers
8) Collect monthly report from distributors and distribute to regional sales managers
9) Coordinate shipping sales literature/sending electronic promotion material to distributors and customers
10) Prepare promotional materials and advertising items for trade shows.
11) Manage stock of samples/sample kits/catalogues/marketing materials in SuZhou factory
12) Support marketing team on various matters related to marketing communication

Skills required:

Strong sense of responsibility
Skilled ability of office software
Fluent English on reading, writing, listening and speaking
Good sense of interpersonal communication
