职位描述：
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with major in Safety, Environment or Industrial /Occupational Hygiene;
- More than 5 years related experience in a multinational manufacturing company;
- Familiar with EHS relevant laws and regulations of local government and administrative bureaus;
- Have strong responsibility and positivity;
- National Certified Safety Engineer
- Good communication skill in English and Chinese

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with government agency to obtain the EHS necessary permit/license for the plant
- Develop strategies for implementation of corporate EHS policies and procedures in the plant
- Has the experience to conduct the EIA, SIA
- High risk, special equipment, contractors and suppliers safety control during the construction process to insure Safety and Environment legal compliance and injury free
- Professional knowledge/experience on electrical test machine safety protection
- Continuously onsite inspection to identify the unsafe condition and behavior, track and confirm all corrective actions closure;
- Handle and investigate the near miss/accident case, report review, root cause analysis corrective and preventive actions development and tracking
- Develop and coordinate site-specific safety training materials and performs safety training;
- Conduct the regularly emergency response drill
- Maintain plant IH management system to identify, control the occupational hazardous
- Be familiar with the environment protection include hazard waste, exhausting disposition
- Be familiar with Machine Safety, LOTO, Ergo, BBS, JSA, Non-routine work safety assessment programs etc.
- Be familiar with ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 management system;
- Comply with all company policies/procedures and adhere to company EHS standards
- Good communication and coordination, lead site safety, environment performance by working with relevant functions;
