职位描述：
Job scope:
Manage the health, safety and environmental programs for the plant, ensuring the respect of all the applicable policies, guidelines and standards.

Main tasks and responsibilities：
1.Develop safety plans and policies in line with the applicable regulations. Manage their implementation.
2.Conduct safety and environmental audits and surveys to ensure compliance with regulations/policies. Manage the accident reports for all injuries in the plant. Report results and maintain updated documents, files and records.
3.Evaluate the application of EHS standards and propose corrective actions, establishing priorities and scheduling.
4.Represent the company and interface with Local Authorities on EHS subjects.
5.Manage safety training programs, in coordination with HR. Maintain awareness of all applicable regulations. Promote a deep understanding of EHS policies and procedures.
6.Provide expertise to company management on HSE matters. Support the evaluation of external supplies and assist Laboratory and Plant staff in equipment inspections.

Education and Professional Experience
1.Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Science or similar.
2.At least 5 years of EHS experience in a chemical company. 举报 分享
