Key Responsibilities
Formulate effective marketing strategy and plans to support corporate sales and business development worldwide.
Provide leadership to marketing team in the execution of marketing strategies and marketing plans. Guide the global marketing teams located in Asia, NA and Europe.
Develop and supervise Company's marketing staff in rolling out a strong customer relationship management system and inculcate customer focus mindset among marketers.
Develop effective marketing promotional tools and collaterals.
Build effective marketing channels to reach targeted customers. Work closely with Sales to manage and develop Corporate Key Accounts.
Participate and support acquisitions of new projects by providing inputs on the marketing positioning, product specifications, etc.
Provide timely feedback to the management on new industry trends, customers changing requirements, new product development, competitive information and government policies, etc that may impact Company's business.

Job Requirements
A Chinese Speaker with strong foreign language capability preferred.
Asian expatriate with relevant China experience and strong long-term commitment to work in China could be considered.
Bachelor's degree with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience or relevant marketing communication and promotion experience in a business-to-business environment
Attributes of an effective leader and a team player are essential
Possess good interpersonal, written and communication skills
Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
Working experience in Energy or Renewable Energy Industry preferred
