职位描述
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
· Design and development of antenna products.
· Task assignment and workload balance in RF group
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· People management of RF group (recruitment, goal setting, feedback, performance review, salary) and Mechanical Group.
· Work process development for antenna product design.
· Analyze needs and demands in close dialog with the customer, work out specifications, and define optimum RF/antenna technology.
· Manage the RF/antenna design for products.
· Take a higher responsibility for projects in close communication with the customers.
· Work with manufacturing plants assisting in the transfer of projects from the design and prototyping stage to the mass production stage.
· Coordinate with Molex ABU design centre’s on project RF project allocation.
· Provide relevant training to RF engineer
· Coach, monitor and oversee RF engineer both in RF technology and personal development.
EDUCATION:
Required:
· MSc or PhD – specialized in the field of RF and antennas.
EXPERIENCE:
· 5-7 years experience in RF and antenna engineering- preferably for mobile phones.
· People management.
· Project portfolio management.
· Risk management.
· Customer interaction.
· Knowledge of antenna simulations and prototyping techniques.
· Knowledge of antenna measurement techniques.
· Basic knowledge of antenna manufacturing technologies and RF testing in production.
· Microsoft Office.
· Able to travel 10-15 days per year.

· Good personality as leader
· A self-driven and well-organized person with a high initiative and the ability to work independently.
· Has power of penetration because of a positive and straightforward behaviour, strong professional skills and team spirit.
· Analytical and open minded.
· Have maturity, drive and the commitment to fulfil the tasks.

· A person with a good general view and the ability to go into details when needed.
· English on negotiation level and in writing.
