1. 按工作指令和要求，通过对暖通系统设备的有效的管理，以保证暖通系统安全正常运行
2. 在确保设备安全、正常运行的前提下，通过有效的技术改造和管理，将设备维修成本和运行费用降至最低。
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

1. 负责编制暖通系统设备维修、检修计划和工时，并负责确保实施，归档和汇总相关数据和记录。
2. 负责制定中央空调系统、制冷设备、压缩空气系统等暖通系统相关设备的安全操作规程，对暖通设备操作人员和新录用有关人员进行岗位技术、安全操作规程及职业道德教育的培训和考核。
3. 负责暖通系统异常故障分析并处理，保障暖通系统安全可靠运行。
4. 协助暖通主管对暖通设备进行技术改造，提高设备运行的可靠性，降低设备维修成本和运行费用。
5. 负责暖通系统的规划和相关工程的设计、安装调试和竣工验收。
