职位描述
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Work with R&D team to
l develop new product ;develop tooling ; improve tooling ;qualify process, tooling and product;
l Make criteria and quality plan.;
l Ensuring quality system was implemented in design phase.
l new product supplier audit
Work with Production team to
l RTM new product to mass production; handle new product customer complaint;
l support production team continue improve process and product
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILIES
Work with design team to
l Work with PD to validate new design and give appropriate solution to customer; to test the sample to verify its reliability and durability and analyze test result then approve sample;
l work with TD to validate tooling, to enhance the product and tooling manufacturability;
l Prepare quality plan (CP, checklist, Q-run plan, SPC plan, and cosmetic criteria ECT.);
l qualify tooling ,process and product, ensuring its capability meet internal and customer required;
l submit PPAP to customer and approve PPAP of Supplier;
l audit new product supplier;
l Make sure new product follow quality system required.
Work with Production team to
l training production team(PE, MQE, setter, inspector) ;
l handle customer complaint;
l improve new tooling and process to meet mass production required;
l hand over new product to production
EDUCATION:
College education, engineering relative major
WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE:
l +3 years mechanical industry working experience; +2 years QA working experience.
OTHER TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION/SPECIFIC COMPETENCY:
l prepare quality plan; process improvement; handle customer complaint;
l use FMEA APQP PPAP SPC 8D ect. Quality tools
l has been worked under QS/TS/ISO14000 quality system
l use quality software to help data analyses
