职位描述：

Requirements:
*Degree in any Engineering Field (Preferable in Material Science)
*At least 8 years of related working experience.
*Preferably proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the Supplier Quality Engineering function.
*Knowledge in RoHS regulation, REACH regulation, QC080000 HSPM system, UL requirements and FDA requirements is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
*Manage and monitor supplier performance rating and drive for continuous supplier quality improvement for those problematic suppliers.
*Drive the team to prepare supplier audit plan and to conduct supplier audit and CA follow-up.
*Drive and coordinate material quality issue related to supplier problem with purchasing, IQA, engineering and supplier.
*Provide technical support to IQA on part inspection and defect verification.
*Set-up necessary inspection awareness in Work Instruction (WI) and any new others when it deem necessary applicable to SQE role & influences.
*Work with inter-dept to carry out effective internal defect verification on all material issues detected in production line.
*Review customer’s hazardous substance requirement.
*Maintain high sensitiveness in Global Hazardous Substances requirement.
