Job description

Responsibilities :
? Co-ordinate outstanding purchase orders for internal global operations and ensure that the
suppliers meet the required delivery dates.
? Establish the optimum communication for outstanding orders between the Suppliers and
regarding progress on the fulfillment of outstanding orders.
? Actively expedite outstanding orders with Suppliers to ensure that all orders meet the
required delivery dates.
? Take appropriate action to ensure non conformance is resolved and assist supplier to improve
the delivery lead time.
? Produce and communicate supplier performance metrics to both suppliers and the internal
global divisions planning teams and maintains related documents.
? Reviews expediting reports and suggests/takes corrective action on problems identified in
the reports.
? Assist to coordinate with suppliers for commercial issues
? Maintain up-to-date supplier information and status of order in database
? Coordinate with other function teams to develop the project
? Conduct other works assigned by Manager or superior

Requirements

Good command of English on reading, writing, speaking
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
At least 1-2 years working experience
Good communication skill with different level of people
