RESPONSIBILITIES：
- Responsible for the monthly forecast (P&L, staff file, cash) and other reports for the Group, abiding to Group deadlines. Analyzing / commenting the past and future performance of the country.
负责月度预测（损益、员工档案、现金流）和其他总部报告，并遵守总部的最终期限，分析和评价过去和未来的本国市场的表现。
- Budget preparation.
准备预算。
- Responsible of annual statutory accounts of all Chinese subsidiaries: check the accuracy of work performed by the external accountant, ensure that all legal and fiscal requirements are met, optimization the bookkeeping process: choice to keep the outsourcing or not, actively contribute to the liquidation of old entities with no activity.
负责所有中国子公司年度法定账目：检查外部会计工作的准确性，确保符合所有法律和财政要求，优化簿记过程：选择保持外包与否，和负责不活跃的旧实体的清算。
- Responsible for the accuracy of quarterly reporting for consolidation, abiding to Group deadlines. Reconciliation between local accounts and those prepared for Group purpose. Close cooperation with Group consolidation team.
负责需要合并的季度财务报告的准确性，遵守集团的最后期限；核对调解本地账目和为集团准备的账目。与集团合并报表团队密切合作。
- Relations with auditors during their annual audit of consolidation package and statutory accounts.
与审计师在在年度合并计划和法定帐目的年度审计中保持良好的关系
- Contribute to tax optimization regardingbetween China and Group parent company.、
优化有关中国公司和集团母公司之间的现金流量的税收制度。
- Optimize local reportings in cooperation with central finance team, to meet both local management and central finance team needs.
优化与集团中心财务小组合作的本地报表，以满足本地管理和集团中心财务小组的需要。
- Responsible for a team of 1 to 3 persons in charge, among others, of controlling / accounting.

Qualifications:
资格要求：
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
较强的分析能力和对数字敏感。
- At least 8 years’ experience in finance with very good knowledge of Chinese and IFRS accounting and tax rules, capacity to control the accuracy of book keeping.

- Capacity to meet tough deadline.

- Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
