Responsibilities:

· Take full charge of product department, including managing related teams to fulfill business targets

· Formulate product development strategy in China; control pricing strategy for maximum profit; Work together with sales for annual budgeting and target implement

· Define product and area responsibilities as well as the specific requirements for the product portfolio in China; Coordinate approval and distribution of product documentation

· Lead the market promotion and other activities together with Marketing Department

· Cooperate with sales in supporting marketing intelligence, including analyzing & collecting market, competitors & customers information for product development

· Establish and develop partners' networks; build and maintain good relations with design institute, general contractor, etc. to gather project information and promote products

· Monitor industrial product business, focusing on overall product Order Entry, Sales & EBIT, implement remedy actions

· Support in products sales & big projects, meanwhile provide technical solution & product training

· Collect and analyze feedback/problem from customer for development of existing products and improvement of internal processes

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above in related majors, fluent in oral and written English

· More than 5~8 years' working experience in industrial product, sales & marketing functions, including at least 3~5 years experience in management level

· Working experience in a similar environment regarding commodity and application dominated products and using similar sales / distribution channels/structures

· Strategic thinking, analysis ability and operational initiatives

· Multinational mindset and corporate business sense

· Excellent leadership skill, problem solving skill

· Good communication and interpersonal skill

· Able to work under pressure

· Proactive, result-oriented
