职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Works closely with Human Resources Director and management team to support talent development, employee communication and related HR projects to achieve a better work environment and greater employee engagement;
2. Provides solutions to management team on creating and maintaining a positive employee relations environment, including strategies to address employee concerns, facilitate team development, and implement company training and development initiatives;
3. Executes HR policy guidelines, staffing and recruiting strategies, compensation and benefit plans, employee survey etc. to attract and retain talents, enhance employee engagement and drive efficiencies;
4. Be a role model for our employees in order for them to share in our company values, enthusiasm, and commitment in our business;
5. Works with HR Director to collaborate with other regional HR management on major initiatives and/or policies or issues of significance to the business; provides input into the development of HR strategies and plans; serves as an advocate for the business - provides input and feedback on major HR initiatives and consultation on business issues/requirements to ensure effectiveness of initiatives;
6. Put in place an organization of quality employees that can consistently exceed business objectives through the effective deployment of relevant HR strategy, systems, policies, tools and practices that are aligned with Company strategy and culture;
7. Creates a productive work environment. Uses effective management practices to encourage productive discourse, creativity, controlled risks and entrepreneurial action;
8. Manages via clear goals and expectations, holds him/herself and others accountable and develops staff for the benefit of the employee and the Company.
Requirements:
1. At least 8 years experience in a generalist HR role (emphasis on strategic people develop plan, succession plan, retain program, talent pool, C & B) of which 5 years is at a head of function, senior managerial level;
2. A seasoned professional with strong functional expertise (all HR aspects - Generalist);
3. Work experience with an MNC preferably with retail;
4. Proven track record in refining and improving HR systems, policies, processes and procedures;
5. Good command of English and Mandarin (read, write and speak);
6. Experience in managing strategic restructured, salary management system comprising of job evaluation, job grade and salary ranges, retaining qualified talent, find the develop high-potential staffs;
7. Experience in managing and leading a multiple location HR team under stress.
