职位描述
Main responsibilities:
1. Lead website design & development across all regional marketing teams;
2. Own Global website management (content & programs);
3. Manage Digital agencies and lead & coordinate key campaigns & programs with regional marketing teams;
4. Develop & manage digital marketing programs (acquisition & retention, e.g. SEO, SEM, relevant content);
5. Recommend key digital marketing opportunities, e.g. social and mobile efforts;
6. Drive Customer Relationship Management platform (system, tools, programs, KPI's) across regions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree;
2. Minimum 5-7 years of digital strategy program development & execution experience;
3. Minimum 3 years experience in Web metrics and reporting tools;
4. Requires driving strategic alignment with regional marketing teams (Europe, US, Asia);
5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize and analyze data to identify trends and marketing opportunities;
6. Smart, analytical, creative, driven - "Gets it" and is able to deliver results quickly;
7. Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with individuals at all levels;
8. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills;
9. Able to form strong work teams, create positive and supportive culture;
10. Business-level English required. Mandarin preferred.
