职位描述
1. Develops business plans including branding strategies, issues analysis, vision, sales budget, objectives and lifecycle recommendations for assigned brands and manages the development of all promotional materials for assigned products.
2. Develops communications for upper management pertaining to marketing updates, budget recaps and program evaluations.
3. Maintains constant and concise communication with related personnel in developing and evaluating the effectiveness of all branding-related programming at the field level.
4. Participates in market visits and actively involved in Regional planning and review meetings.
5. Oversees and conducts market research to determine product sales potential and develop branding strategies and must analyze problems, identify alternative solutions and implement recommendations that support department goals and objectives.
6. Develops and evaluates all media plans and initiatives, both on national and regional/international levels.
7. Identifies and develops all event branding programming, including all sponsored events, charitable donations, trade related functions, etc.
8. Works with the Marketing team to ensure strategies and tactical plans are executed for all relevant local markets.
9. Establishes brand pricing strategies and monitors all pricing and price promotion levels and activities.
10. Manages brand budgets. Ensures that dollars are allocated and spent in an efficient and effective manner within budgetary parameters. Responsible for maintaining these budgets throughout the year, balancing expenditures against volume and profitability expectations.
11. Continuously monitors business and brand health performance of brands using internal and external data resources to identify issues and opportunities to drive both brand development and volume performance.
12. Provides coaching and assistance to subordinate employees in the areas of employee training/development, problem resolution and work assignment delegation.
13. Develops and implements short and long term branding objectives, strategies and tactics to deliver against agreed upon brand, business and financial goals.
14. Develop brand strategy, consumer segmentation, targeting and positioning of brand and in the development of the brand architecture. Ensures appropriate qualitative and quantitative research is conducted to ensure overall brand success.
15. Works with agencies in the creative development process and execution of all international, and local advertising campaigns, including television, radio, print, outdoor, trade and alternative media.
