Responsibilities:

1.Fully responsible for the Profit & Loss of the company and ensuring financial governances are strictly adhered to.
2.Direct and coordinate sales & marketing plans and promotional initiatives of company's products and services.
3.Develop new markets, increase market share and obtain a competitive position in industry.
4.Organize the production and operation efficiently and effectively to maximize profit as well as to identify and handle production, operation and S.H.E problems.
5.Ensure adequate financial records and internal controls to provide timely and accurate financial statements and management reports.
6.Ensure human resource policies and procedures are in place to develop employees for career progression and dvancement.


Requirements:

1.Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Science or related discipline.
2.Minimum 5 years in senior manager position in the manufacturing industry, preferably with exposure or knowledge in the industrial packaging, logistics & warehousing sector.
3.System and process oriented with hands-on experience implementing ISO, 5S and TPM.
4.Good understanding of organization goals and business objectives, ability to conceptualize ideas and plans, develop solutions and implement effective practices and processes.
5.Strong analytical skills to clearly link financial results to operational performance.
6.Experience in sales & marketing.
7.Strong leader with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills.
8.Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin .
