职位描述
Responsibilities:
· Take a strong personal lead as a Strategic HR Business Partner who develops implements and aligns the Human Resources strategy with the retail business strategy across all sites throughout China.
· Develop and direct all aspects of HR in the region such as recruitment, motivation, retention, organization development, compensation and benefits, succession planning, employee services and industrial relations.
· Ensure that the region has the right HR policies and practices in place that are aligned with corporate directives to meet business needs and goals.
· Coordinate, develop and lead a team of Human Resources practitioners to ensure that Human Resources standards, policies and practice are consistently applied across all counties in the region.
· Lead as a Functional Expert to reengineer organization processes and to champion HR management across a dynamic and multicultural region.
· Lead as a Change Agent to head the HR initiatives and programs that can transform the regional business, maximizing human capital and ensuring the capacity for change in the region.
· Lead as an Employee Champion that listens, responds and provides the necessary resources to employees.
· Ensure that the region can build or access the skills, knowledge and experience it needs to meet its planed business outcomes.
· Provide close strategic Human Resources advice, support and counsel to senior management, business units as well as line managers to achieve business objectives and profitability as well as enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
· A Degree or Master in Human Resources Management or a relevant other discipline from a recognized university. An additional post-graduate qualification in Business Administration would be an advantage.
· At least 15 years of progressive relevant experience, preferably in an MNC environment with retail , managing multi-site/multi-cultural human resources.
· A highly experienced and qualified HR professional with a strong commercial and business orientation: strategic minded whilst operationally hands-on and who can lead from the front in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· In-depth knowledge of employment and labor laws and best practice especially in China with a reasonable level elsewhere across the region.
· Demonstrated ability to recruit senior level employees and to deal proactively and effectively with interpersonal conflicts and performance issues.
· Experienced in communicating and collaborating with senior executives and peers while at the same time a change agent who has the multicultural skills to work across the different cultural boundaries in the region and who will take the time to assess status quo, propose a path forward and obtain buy-in from key impacted stakeholders before proceeding with a change initiative.
· Proven ability to build, foster and maintain relationships at senior executive levels in order to drive HR strategies in line with retail business goals.
· Excellent spoken and written English.
· Canadidate with international education and work experience is preferred.
