职位描述
Vice President, Operations
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement manufacturing, operating and strategic strategies in China
· Drive operations, manufacturing processes and systems to bring about operations excellence though productivity, cost, and quality and logistics improvement.
· Establish production arrangements and detail plans to manage existing and scale up operations
· Develop tools and processes to drive continuous cost improvement & financial control
· Review and revise strategic plans to ensure alignment with the sales projections, revenue growth and profitability
· Work closely with the respective teams on technical innovations and technology transfers
Requirements
· Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related disciplines
· Minimum 15 years of experience in managing manufacturing operations and relevant experience from white goods is highly desired
· Minimum 5 years of experience in managing operations in China
· Proven track records in building teams and driving continuous improvement of quality, cycle, service level and cost control
· Strong in operations, expansion, joint venture and supplier management as well as project management
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to develop and motivate the team
· Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Chinese speaking associates
