The Sales Coordinator is a critical position that enables the Sales and Marketing to achieve their business objectives by providing support different internal teams with commercial documentation and by coordinating with other company departments in Headquarter and oversea divisions
Job Description:
1. Sales Analysis and reporting
2. Department team Support
3. Negation with internal department
4. Strategy implementation
5. Other Administrative responsibilities as assigned
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 5 years Management relevant experience
3. Be familiar with business process
4. Must be computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Office Package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications)
5. Must have strong proactive communication and organizational skills
6. Be able to work with minimum instructions
7. Good time Managing skills
8. Quick Learner, detail oriented
9. Ability to work under pressure keeping high quality standards
10. Ability to keep and manage information with confidentiality
11. Strong sense of ownership and urgency
12. Good English skills in both writing and speaking
13. Oversea experience will be plus
