职位描述
Position:Marketing Director APMEA
Report to:Global Sr. Marketing Director & dotted report to Commercial VP, APMEA
Location:Shanghai
Request: 1 person
Main responsibilities:
1. Create and integrate system solution offerings and effective go-to-market strategies including product launches to ensure differentiation and growth. Be a proactive force in helping the organization position itself to grow revenue profitably.
2. Collaborate with the global product management team, the regional sales team, and other functions to identify requirements for system solution offerings.
3. Understand customers' clinical and economic needs, and then map the values and benefits of Trina's system solution offerings to those needs.
4. Instill marketing principles, discipline, and accountability throughout the organization.
5. Searching suitable system service suppliers & installers for further distribution;
6. Developing regional marketing strategy, value proposition and positioning.
7. Communicate the business' strategy and vision internally and externally.
8. Establish and optimize operational marketing processes.
9. Assist in driving revenue growth through lead generation and mobilization of the field marketing team.
10. Manage a dedicated, results-oriented region marketing team. Evaluate the team continuously to create a team that is appropriate to the business challenges.
11. Facilitate innovative total customer offering development to ensure customer success
12. Key contributor to Annual Strategic Plan, ensuring regional/operational plans & executions are aligned with global Field marketing plan (value proposition, positioning, marketing mix, etc.)
Requirements:
1. Experience leading marketing strategy and go-to-market for a global, technology-oriented company. Ideally, he/she will have knowledge of the PV industry.
2. A proven track record of instilling marketing discipline and accountability within a global business.
3. Commercialization experience with a focus on building market awareness and go-to-market strategy and execution.
4. Hands-on experience developing and deploying processes, tools, and metrics to drive marketing accountability, transparency, and results.
5. A best practices mentality and ability to incorporate best practices into the marketing organization.
6. Business and financial acumen.
7. An inclusive leadership style with a focus on personal involvement, trust, and flexibility.
8. Leadership skills that will help cultivate a culture of Trina Solar Growth Values and integrity. Acts With Unquestionable Integrity -- Uses sound judgement in all situations
9. Exceptional communication skills.
