职位描述：

Job Responsibility

1) Ensures the management of the NPI process from the development phase to mass production in compliance with the technical and quality requirements defined by Automotive norms, R&D function and customers;

2) Prepares plan for NPI projects and coordinates with all stakeholders and ensures timely introduction of products with high quality;

3) Coordinates with production engineering and product management departments and implements the manufacturing ramp-up plan;

4) Develop product/process validation test plans and lead performing production tests according to the plan;

5) Works with design engineering and assist in transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high volume products;

6) Creates and keeps updates the BOMs of new products in SAP, process flow and specific work-instruction for production floor;

7) Analyzes and recommends improvements to all production process and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvements.

Job Requirements

1) Bachelor or above, major in mechanical engineering or related with 2 years or above working experience in electronics manufacturer;

2) 3+ Years experience in electronics manufacturing process engineering field, be familiar with FMEA, well know of TS16949 standard requirement will be an advantage;

3) Strong communication skill, work well with others at various levels;

4) Know well in project management, experience on automotive industry is preferred.
