一、 业务拓展经理
业务范围主要包括但不仅限于以下几点:
1. 负责东南亚市场的客户支持,包括面见客户以及后台支持(市场营销、制作文档、内部沟通及管理质量文件等)。愿意并且有能力按照要求与分包商以及供应商合作。
2. 负责寻找潜在客户,主要是通过展会、拜访、内部调查、电话调查以及其他数据库资源。
3. 有能力协助所有总监与当地供应商商谈,运用成本模型和价格策略来降低成本,获取***价值。
a) 理解STL的市场定位并充分利用其品牌价值,与所有总监及英国方面共同协作,构建品牌定位战略。
4. 愿意按照要求出差及拜访客户。
责任:
1. 为STL产品拓展当地销售渠道
2. 维持现有客户
3. 管理并发展客户关系
4. 完成年度和月度销售任务
5. 能有效率地从客户方面收取货款
6. 与商务总监共同制定月度销售计划
7. 与商务总监协作寻找潜在客户
8. 市场形势分析
9. 制作每月的详细汇报,更新销售数据库,制作客户拜访报告和商业计划。
10. 参加展会,更新产品目录,参与市场活动
11. 能理解客户的图纸
12. 能识别成本和功能
13. 能和英国的供应链管理团队联络合作
14. 能在当地市场找到首选供应商
15. 能支持当地发展策略
16. 拥有较强的分析能力,能制作专业的报告

要求:
1. 理工科本科学历(优先考虑,但不强制)
2. 3年以上汽车零部件行业工作经验(优先考虑,但不强制)
3. 中英文读写流利

5. 懂俄语优先

1. 定期拜访现有客户,及时处理订单,处理质量问题,与工厂员工建立关系,推销新产品。
2. 拜访10-15家新客户,发展客户关系,最终拓展新业务。

Scope of the job
Essential function(s) included, but not limited to:
Responsible for the management of customer support in the South East Asia market in both primary (Face-to-face meetings) and secondary levels (e.g. background support such as marketing, producing documentation, internal communication, and organizing quality documents).A suitable candidate should be willing and able to work with sub-contractors and vendors as required. Responsible for identifying potential customer leads via exhibitions, visits, internal or telephone research and or database.
Will be able to assist the all of STs directors to negotiate with local vendors in order to drive cost-downs and seek maximum values with cost model and competitive pricing strategy. Ideally understands STL’s market position and take full advantage of its brand, and build up brand positioning strategy together with all of STs directors and colleagues from the UK office. Willing to travel and meet customers as required.
Responsibilities:
? To develop regional sales for STL products.
? To liaise with existing customers.
? To manage and develop customer relationships.
? To achieve sales targets as set up annually and monthly.
? To effectively collect outstanding payments from customers.
? To produce a monthly sales forecast with Commercial Director.
? To identify the opportunities and build up pipeline forecast with Commercial Director.
? To analyse the market situation and trends.
? To make detailed monthly reports, update sales database, customer visit reports and business plan.
? To assist marketing to attend trade fairs, and assist with catalogue and marketing activities.
? To read and understand product drawings from our customers.
? To be able to identify costs and capabilities.
? To be able to liaise with UK team for supply chain management.
? To be able to assist and locate preferred suppliers in local market.
? To be able to support local strategy development
? Strong analytical skills and able to provide professional reports.
? Report to Chief Operating Officer

Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Science and Engineering (Preferred but not essential)
? Over three years' experience in Automotive Industry (Preferred but not essential)
? Good written and verbal communicationin both English and Chinese
? Eager to work and develop new business.
? Russian language beneficial

2. Sales Representative
This person will regularly visit existing customers dealing with immediate order needs, handling first level quality concerns, building relationships with persons at the plants, and promoting new products. PLUS there is a core expectation of visiting 10-15 other automotive accounts we currently don't supply to, to develop relationships and to ultimately win new business.

Work with all of STs directors (not just business development director).
Report to Chief Operating Officer
Russian language beneficial.
2) Sales Representative. This person will regularly visit existing customers dealing with immediate order needs, handling first level quality concerns, building relationships with persons at the plants, and promoting new products. PLUS there is a core expectation of visiting 10-15 other automotive accounts we currently don't supply to, to develop relationships and to ultimately win new business.
We are keen to make both appointments. Number 1 is especially urgent and we would like to make this appointment over the coming weeks.
