职位描述：
Main Tasks:
1.Responsible over the named customers in China　　　　　　
2.Prepare and negotiate quotations on agreed price level
3.Key contact and customer's representative within PKC in China
4.Analysing profitability and other commercial issues in order to implement appropriate sales actions
5.Follow-up of customers accounts receivable
6.Marketing and sales activities in line with the HQ account representative(s)
7.Creating and updating sales budgets & forecasts together with local & HQ organization
8.Continuous development of customer relationship
9.Manage and control the cost reduction process (CR)
10.Managing and developing WS project leader team
11.New business development activity in China
Requistion 　
1.Suitable technical or business education (MSc or equivalent)
2.Several years of experience in the field of sales or account management within automotive industry, have experience in sales components of enginer or transimiss is perfert
3.Excellent communication skills,espercially
4.Understanding of account management & sales procedures
5.Capability to create trust between company and the customer
6.Ability to approach problems and solve them in an analytical matter
7.Ability to take initiative
8.Good team working skills
9.Ability to take the role of a team leader,excellent co-operation and negotiation skills
10.Product and process knowledge
