职位描述：
1 Job Summary工作概况:
To perform monthly/yearly closing, prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly reports, build and maintain budget/forecast, initial and update new business case, provide necessary analysis of business commercial and operating performance to ensure business growth in line with company targets. Preparing various analytical schedules for operation and Working Capital for the region and following up problem areas to Management.
月度/年度结算,准备月度/季度/年度报告,建立和维护预算/预测,制定和更新新的预算,提供必要的经济业务分析和运营分析,确保业务增长与公司的业务发展目标一致。为运营，本区域工厂资本和管理层认为需跟进的问题进行各种分析安排。

2.Duties and Responsibilities主要职责:
2.1 Perform monthly/yearly closing, prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly reports
月度/年度结算,准备月度/季度/年度报告
2.2 Coordinate and assist in financial budgeting, forecasting and control, analysis of variances between Budget, Forecast and Actual figures and comment on them in monthly Reporting
在月度报告中，协调并协助财务预算、预测和控制,分析预算、预测和实际数据之间的差异和并给予评论
2.3 Prepare and get approval of AR, tracking AR spending including Facility, tools and project OE.
准备并得到项目批准,跟踪项目费用包括设施,工具和项目OE
2.4 Coordinate with other department with the objective of supporting them in the financial planning and budgetary management as well in the on-going process of cost-engineering
配合其他部门做好部门预算并跟踪其进行，分析其成本
2.5 Investigate and analysis all price/usage variances from RM sourcing to FG output on a monthly basis.
每月分析从原材料到成品之间所有的价格差异和用量差异
2.6 Analyze production costing, process efficiency, scorecard, annual factory cost benchmarking and any other information that may be relevant to the company’s interests on monthly basis.
分析每月生产数据包括生产成本、生产效率以及一些生产工艺，最终分析每年度的整天工厂成本

4.1 General requirements基本素质要求
4.1.1 5 years of accounting and analytical experience required, preferably with a related industry and with a multi-national company.
5年的会计和分析的经验，跨国公司的相关行业优先考虑。
4.1.2 Fluent oral and written English communication skills..

4.1.3 Outstanding communications, analytical, planning, and teamwork skills

4.2 Special skill and knowledge requirements专业技能要求:
4.2.1 College graduate or above in accounting or related major.
大专或以上学历，会计或相关专业
4.2.2 CPA or ACCA preferred;
CPA或ACCA优先考虑
4.2.3 Capable of handling complex spreadsheet applications in Microsoft suite of business software.
