职位描述：
Responsibility:
? Ensure all products shipped to customer meet Customer specifications by ensuring Quality Control plans are developed, fully implemented and continuously improved
? Improve quality performance by taking proactive quality initiatives, setting up and refining quality standards and policies.
? Conduct training, influence other functions and build up the quality culture.
? Response quickly to all customer quality complaints with high quality 8D report, containment action plans and corrective action plans.
? Able to work well with all stakeholders (customer, sales, internal supplier and supplier) to achieve the objectives and as well as maintain good working relationships.
? Key participant or leaders for all internal and third party customer audit.
? Train, coach the team and develop high potentials.

Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in Sciences, Mechanical, Electronics, Mathematics, etc.
? Working experience in the cable assembly industry and cable manufacturing is preferred
? More than 10 years working experience including at least 3 in quality management such as quality manager
? Knowledgeable and experienced with Quality tools with green, ideally black belt qualification
? Hands-on experience with ISO9001, 14001, TS16949 and related quality systems, ideally already exposed to IRIS, UL and TUV
? Good communication and coordination skills
? Proficient in English, including oral, reading and writing. 举报 分享
