DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
Ensure Flextronics mechanical reasonable production planning and meets customer requirements by most effectively schedule resource, in balancing demand and supply.

Primary Responsibility
* Evaluation of daily production shipment, follow up the production schedule.
* Monitor daily production status.
* Capacity review, Capacity calculation, Headcount plan, simulation etc…
* Coordinate production lines appear abnormal situation and coordinate with all departments to work progress and cohesion, or adjustment.*Production meeting organization and held. * EC change and the end of the month inventory data collection and statistics, analysis.
* The company internal MRB list review and again with customer review.
* Scheduler daily work according to the exhaust and the department personnel weekend, holiday job scheduling, and the related form design.
* Complete other work according to the row of leadership.

Secondary Responsibility.
* Tabby & Charger project daily plan, output , shipment etc take over.
* Responsible for compiling department monthly work plan and monthly working summary.
* Design department personnel responsibilities and corresponding relationship, guidance, coordination, supervision, subordinates, whether active according to procedures in accordance with the provisions to begin the work.

Knowledge & Skills
* University college with major in business trading, logistic, electronics is preferred.
* Extremely good at Excel and computer
* Good logical and math
* Can speak /write fluent English
* ERP/SAP system experience
* Kan Ban system experience

Personal Attributes
* Intelligent, self-confidence, full of responsibilities.
* Strong communication.

Experience
* 5 years or above planning & material experience and/or training.
* Computer and excellent excel experience
