职位描述：
PURPOSE:
The Corporate Counsel will be primarily responsible for managing the commercial transactions and legal matters for one or more of our business units. He/she will also provide legal support to some operation sites in China. Where necessary, the Corporate Counsel will also assist with the management of disputes and litigation.
JD：
? Draft, review, negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements with Flex/IDE8 customers
? Collaborate with internal business owners and subject matter experts to ensure that customer agreements are aligned with business objectives
? Advice and counsel with respect to customer agreements (interpretation, termination, renewal, etc)
? Oversee and manage various legal matters in Northern China sites (Suzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing and Tianjin): HR,
        Labor/Employment, Tax, Treasury, IT, Audit, Customs, Trade compliance and Land/property;
? Manage disputes of Northern China sites
? Ad-hoc projects upon assignment: investment; M&A
? Report to Asia General Counsel located in Hong Kong
JR
? Qualified to practice law in China; additional qualification in a common law jurisdiction is preferred but not required
? Law degree from PRC; any foreign law degree is desirable but not required
? Chinese speaker and fluent in English
? 8+ years post qualification experience in an international legal department or a law firm; in-house experience is a big plus
? Strong communication skills
? Business savvy and strategic thinker
? Ability to work independently
